When becoming a client of the Firm you will be required to use an account and password that are made available to individual Clients of Morehead Law Group and are obtained by you purchasing certain services and becoming a client of the firm. When you become a client, you must provide and maintain certain information (herein “Client Information”). By becoming a client, you agree that all Client Information provided is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, and complete. You also grant us the right to disclose certain Client Information about you to third parties subject to our privacy policy.

In the case that any one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provisions thereof and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Morehead Law Group, PLLC regarding this Site and the content, products, and services that may be provided on this Site. These Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written agreements between you and Morehead Law Group, PLLC regarding this site and any content, products and/or services provided on this site.
THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES
There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement. You may not assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone without the prior written consent of Morehead Law Group, PLLC. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section will be deemed null and void. Morehead Law Group, PLLC may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representative, successors and assigns.
